Service

If your modem has been sent to Maestro for repair or upgrade and you wish to check on progress, please call our general number, (02) 6230 3377, and ask for the Service section. No RA number is needed at the time of sending back the modem for service. Maestro generates an RA number after the modem has been received. Avoid any damage in transit by packing the modem well, when sending it back.

When calling Technical Support, the ideal situation is to be sitting down in front of your computer at the time, with the computer booted up ready for work, no applications running, the modem plugged in and switched on, with another telephone line free for the modem, and all modem-related software and documentation readily at hand. Do not worry if you cannot arrange another telephone line for the modem, many things can be set up and tested without that.
